Nobody nails it the first time they try something hard. You fumble, you feel awkward, you go again. Same with speaking. The "naturals" you envy simply have more reps in their body โ more meetings survived, more talks given, more moments where they felt the fear and went anyway. My whole approach is built on getting you those reps fast, in a safe spot, before they count for real. We train the way you'd train for anything physical: deliberately, progressively, and often enough that it sticks.

Between sessions you've got drills and a game plan. We adjust as you go. The goal isn't a polished performance โ it's you feeling like yourself when the pressure's on.
